The info delivered was ok I just did not like having to wait two days for the rest of assignment one when that was a simple e-mail to send. As all of our time is valuable, I took off work for this meeting to work on an assignment and was stuck due to not having the 8 questions I was to ask the counties. I would like more care to this coaching for it has cost a lot of my resources to get where I am.

After talking to you Tuesday night about re-scheduling our meeting my work schedule has changed and I will not be able to meet with you for our coaching class on Thursday @ 10am Alaska. I'm still working on the north slope of Alaska and it's my company's policy to not use personal phones during working hours. I'm working from 5am to 8pm. most everyday and don't know my daily schedule until the night before or that morning of work.  I would like to re-schedule for Tuesday the 25th of Nov. at 10am Alaska time.

Eric was very thorough and very patient.  He explained everything very carefully and made sure I understood what he was saying before he would move on to the next subject.  The notes he would email after each session even better detailed what we had talked about.  I was also pleased to find out he follows the program himself, investing in and selling properties. 

I know the hotline and Eric are still there as I progress in my training and I am looking forward to a brand new way of life.

Hotlines were always helpful, maybe not as quick, but there are other students.
I love the webinars, they are filled with nothing but needed information, I continue to join in still.

Although I didn’t use the customer services very often, when I did they were very polite and directed me exactly where I needed to go or answered my question right on the spot.

My experience with Eric was great he teaches in a very simple and clear way, at the beginning I thought I wasn't going to be able to understand the concept with my first coach, but for some unexpected reason I got switch to Eric and he was great, there was  no way for me to think this was difficult, he was very interactive and clear, when he said we were done I couldn’t believe how fast it went and I felt I did not want to finish with my coaching sections. I recommend to have Eric as a couch he was great!
