I feel that the class that I did was very good and helpful.  I had thought that I was in John's vault for the past week but somehow I was into something different so when I started the second lesson I did not know what I was doing and I am sorry for that.  You did a very good job talking me though it.  I have since tried to work with the right vault but for some reason I can not get in with what I thought was my password.  The ID # is 01QUCT and the password that I am using is Tinkerbell.  Thank you Edwin

I really like her. She does a good E-mail that rally helps explain the lesson. That helps me a lot. My CD Internet Success Summit does not work so I will be hind with that part of the lesson. But that is no fault to Charlene. I had quite a bit of trouble with Customer Service, would not answer the phone at 9:00 am. On 9-10. I finally got Shilo # 3129 on the hot line #. She was little to NO help.

I found dace to be great help during the time he worked with me and hope to keep in touch with as I move on.

The biggest problem had is that health was not well at this time. It forced me to slow down and almost mot finish.

The one item that could not understand was why the financial end is shown together as one and when I asked pointed questions I got what I would call half answers and when I asked for a written contract. They couldn’t come up with one before I came on board.

I have been overwhelmed with all the information I have received.  I have had two different coaches and they were both terrific.  I had, Robert Brown, the first two weeks and then, Wendy McMillan.

Wendy was very helpful and informative. I do not feel that six weeks of the phone coaching is enough.  I still have a lot of questions.  Wendy is very good about answering questions and does so completely.

The Webinar sessions are great, but, I know I'm not the only one that can't always attend when they are on.  The sessions you had on Google Earth were interesting.  I was only able to watch one of them.  My computer was not working for the second.  I wish there was a way for you to have it on again, or, send out the directions for those of us who are not computer literate, but, thanks to, John Beck's Program, we are getting their.  I am doing things now I didn't know were possible.

The Hotline is also very helpful.  I know I will be using that a lot and emails for answers.

I don't seem to get much help from the hot line.  If I wait for someone to answer, they rarely do.  I guess I have talked to someone maybe 6 or 7 times by waiting.  If I leave a number I usually don't get a reply or if I do it may be two days later and if it is over a weekend(when I can really do some good work) I don't get a reply at all.  If I do get a reply I have usually solved the problem or forgotten what I needed.
It's lucky that I am computer literate and find things on my own by just keeping at it.  I waste a lot of time that way on one of the Q&A's one of the coaches said he had 80 people he was tutoring.  Seems like that its spreading someone pretty thin.  How can he have time to do any thing in depth?  You need more people on the hot line.

I really felt like Rick had my back. The coaching aspect really gave me confidence to do the assignments. It was uncomfortable to make those first bids and create an Ebay listing; however, I'm sure that the procedures will be easier the more I practice. I enjoyed the one webinar I could attend that did not conflict with work and I appreciate the consideration of putting on the next one during accessible evening hours. I look forward to rebroadcasts of the ones I missed as soon as they are set up. The time of the webinars and the overload of mail assignments and phone calls from Strategic Financial (which should have worked better earlier in the coaching for me) were the only drawbacks to more ""online time"". The workshop in Orlando was great but it was too much to absorb in one sitting. I have set up team working opportunities with brokers and investors to keep moving forward with Rick's encouragement. Thank you for the assignments that made me practices the process.
