How I would love to have had ten sessions with Brad.  In just two sessions he has made very clear what eleven sessions did not!  The structure he uses and the approach he takes should be the model for every coaching effort at MOA.  Until Brad I had become convinced that my money was wasted on a scam with no merit and no potential except for options to pour more money down an empty hole!  Thanks to/for Brad Gillies!

My first session was great, Edwin went through and explained all of the different tax liens, certificates, deeds, and redeemable. For some reason when you have someone explain it, things tend to make more sense. He was very calm with me and made sure that I understood everything. The only thing I wished would have happened in this session were action steps that would have allowed me to actively search for properties. I know that this is a process but most people that have taken this step need to move quickly through the program.

The second session happened today. A bit late but I understand life happens sometimes. It felt a little rushed because Edwin had a packed schedule, I would have liked to have asked a few more questions but I have a feeling they would be better directed towards the hotline. Edwin has been great! This is the first time that I have really felt quite confident about something so I wait with baited anticipation for our next session! I can taste my first bit of success already!

Regarding yesterday's webinar - i found it very helpful - most, if not all was a re-teaching of what Bru has already shown and taught me.  The coaches on the call were very patient and helpful –

Regarding the moderator - I felt she was a bit distracting at times - too much was repeated after the coaches would speak and it took too much time aware from the session.  In my opinion, once the question was directed to the coaches, they did such a great job answering, that it didn't need repeating - which caused us to go beyond our 1hr time slot.  Also, the interjections from moderator on upcoming events were good, but again, didn't need repeating as she directed to website.
